The staff members were OBLIGING and polite. The location was great and magnificent, for example, Estacio del Nord was approx 10-15 minutes' walk from the hotel. And the area was pretty nice, just off the train station too, where the metro goes to the airport and Estacio del Nord and Xativa metro station.

The guest room didn't seem appealing on photos but it was spacious with tv. The staff was excellent and superfriendly, took good care of everyone. The location was excellent and convenient, near many bars, restaurants and shops, Xativa metro station and old town and Cuidad de Artes and Ciencias. Quatre Carreres district was worth exploring.

We appreciated staff and service, everything necessary for trip was provided. 20 min walk to the heart of Valencia. You must try restaurants and bakery adjacent to the hotel.
